The Muse & The Marketplace: April 3-5, 2020
The Muse & The Marketplace in Boston, Massachusetts, is a national literary conference hosted by Grub Street. Over the course of three days, more than 110 craft and publishing sessions are led by authors, editors, agents and publicists from around the country. The first day is a day of Essentials, twenty-one sessions on the building blocks of fiction, non-fiction, and publishing.

Newburyport Literary Festival: April 24-25, 2020
More than 70 authors come together to participate in a weekend of readings, workshops and panel discussions about fiction, literary nonfiction, poetry, young adult and children's literature. It kicks off with an opening celebration at the Firehouse Theater for the Arts in Newburyport, Massachusetts, on Friday night.

Boston Book Festival: October 24-25, 2020
The Boston Book Festival is the largest literary event in New England. Each October, Copley Square in Boston, Massachusetts, hosts more than 100 authors and thought leaders. Panels, readings, workshops and participatory events take place throughout the festival as exhibitors, including publishing companies and booksellers, take over Copley Square. The Festival includes authors of fiction, history, memoir, science, food writing, sports writing, crime fiction, environment and nature writing, graphic novels and children's books. And if you're a writer, don't miss Writer Idol. Sponsored by Grub Street, this event features a voice actor, three literary agents and work submitted by the audience.
