Rabble-Rouser

Well, hello! I'm Erica.

For years, I've made my living as a writer. Today, I work with professional services firms as a content marketing and thought-leadership strategist, writer, and editor. I often serve as a ghostwriter, crafting articles that demonstrate my clients' expertise. In addition to collaborating with clients, I pen feature-length magazine articles. But I also write for myself, to deepen my understanding of the world through cultural criticism. I write about books, art, history, travel, and food. I explore issues of social justice, white privilege, and intersectionality. I revisit my beliefs and unearth my biases, and I remind myself that I am a work in progress. In addition to my scribblings, I'm working on a few personal essays and grappling with a novel. I don't know if they will ever be published. But that's not really the point. What matters is that I am doing the work. I hope you'll join me.
